Online order

After you have chosen the products, press the "Processing" button on the shopping cart page, and then fill in the details regarding the delivery of the order:
a. if you are a new customer, fill in the data in the form
b. if you already have a NaviTruck.ro account, enter your email and password in the boxes, and the form can be completed with the data used for any of the previous orders or with new delivery data, which will be saved in your account.

The online order processing program is NON STOP.

After processing the order, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail to establish the delivery details. Orders received at the end of the week will be processed starting from Monday in the order of their receipt.

Delivery of the order
The ordered products are delivered anywhere in Europe.
DELIVERY is made only by fast courier, in the case of DPD INTERNATIONAL Courier and the transport costs 149 lei, anywhere in Europe, including villages. Delivery time is 5-7 working days.

Product warranty.

All products sold by SC EXET TOUR SRL have a 24-month warranty. The warranty period starts from the moment the order is placed on the website or by phone. To grant the warranty, it is necessary to keep the warranty certificate, invoice or tax receipt.

Any warranty issue will be resolved within a maximum of 15 calendar days, according to the law
