This policy refers to cookies and web pages operated by SC EXET TOUR SRL. registered office in Vidra, Vrancea County, Romania, which will be referred to as "NaviTruck", "we", "ours".

What data can be collected and for what purpose?
Name and surname - for registering orders, preparing invoices and warranty cards
Home or mailing address - for registering orders, preparing the tax invoice, registering the shipping destination
Bulletin series and number - for the preparation of invoices, third-party payment services: card payment processors or financial institutions that the client opts for in the case of installment payments
Email address - is the primary contact with online customers. It is used for direct correspondence, newsletter (if opt-in was given), warranty or post-warranty services, special promotions and contests in which the customer has expressly registered
Phone number - direct contact for order registration and delivery
Date of birth - for offering special promotions (optional).

We do not collect sensitive personal data (data about ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, etc.), which in any way influence the fundamental rights of freedom of the person.
Personal data are kept for a maximum of 5 years in the physical archive according to Order No. 2634/2015 of November 5, 2015 issued by the MINISTRY OF PUBLIC FINANCE.
